This month the North Forney High School chapter of National Honor Society adopted 15 needy children for Christmas. This is an annual NHS service project.
Last November, Sharing the Love Foundation hosted its annual fundraiser the 10th annual Turkey Trax Auto Show and 5K Family Fun Run, with proceeds from the Fun Run benefiting our local Forney VFW.
Forney ISD recently held the 2017 FCA Unity Bowl Canned Food Drive in connection with the FCA Unity Bowl football game between Forney High School and North Forney High School.
